The glass liner is dishwasher safe, but the lid (if you have one) should be washed by hand.

The liner is exactly what I needed, and it works well. However, glass is glass, so be careful when inserting. I managed to crack mine during installation, but that was my fault. Zojirushi quality is excellent otherwise.
It works, but I expected a bit more insulation. It doesn't keep coffee as hot as the original did after a few hours. But it's a good replacement.
