Yes, the Flip Straw Cap is compatible with all S'well 17oz Original and 25oz Original bottles. It does not fit the Traveler model.
It works with 17oz and 25oz Original bottles, which have the standard screw-top size. It does not fit the wider-neck Traveler or Tumblers.
Ensure the cap is fully twisted on and the straw is fully closed. The straw should be pushed down until it clicks into place. Do not overfill the bottle; leave some space.
Check that the silicone straw is properly seated and the lid is tightened securely. If it still leaks, the cap may be damaged; consider replacing it.
